This beautiful apartment completely renovated in a modern style is located in a residence closed by a gate.
The beach and the shops are about 5 minutes away on foot.
Located on the ground floor, it has an independent entrance and a terrace overlooking the canals. It consists :
- A living room with a sofa bed
- A well-equipped open kitchen
- A bedroom with a double bed and above a single bed
- A bathroom (walk-in shower)
- WIFI
On the canal side, a wooden terrace to relax while enjoying the sun.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/11/2022 to 09/30/2022) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.
Additional information:
- The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
- No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
- No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
- Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
- The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
- The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
- No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
- Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
- A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
- Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
