Bright apartment in a quiet area close to the center of Port Grimaud 1.
The "Coches d'Eau" stop is only a few meters far from the building.

Located on the top floor, it is composed of a living-room with a sofa-bed for a child, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower-room and separate toilets.
On the canal side, a large balcony perfect to have lunch while enjoying the view of the boats in the "Petit Port".

Additional information:

- The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
- No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
- No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
- Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
- The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
- The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
- No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
- Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
- A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
- Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
