The owner's note, Lola

Located 5 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a group of chalets with the appearance of Californian houses integrated into a 15-hectare pine-tree-lined site. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from the shops and 5 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).
Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space.
After a few steps, the entrance to the chalet, approximately 60 m2, opens onto the living room which opens onto its large terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and one with a sofa bed. You will have 2 toilets (one of which is in the bathroom).
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the 2 furnished terraces, the main one facing the living room, the other at the back of the house to enjoy the rays of morning sunshine.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, air conditioning in the living room.
To be paid on site:
Security deposit: 700 euros, tourist tax.
