The owner's note, Lola

A spacious and comfortable house in a very private area near Port Grimaud 1.
Extended house on 2 levels in a private area close to the center.
Completely redecorated recently, it will charm you with its volumes and its garden.
It is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a beautiful living room divided into a lounge area and a dining room area, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a large single bed and a shower room with WC
- on the 1st floor: a large master bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and a terrace with a very nice view, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Each room has storage space.
All upstairs rooms are air-conditioned
On the canal side, a terrace with columns and a large garden with a barrier.
In front of the house, a mooring measuring 12m x 5.50m.
A numbered parking space under a shelter.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
