The owner's note, Marion et Mathilde

Pretty 3 bedroom house, with a terrace and a beautiful garden, in the private area of Port Grimaud Sud.

On the ground floor :
- A spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen.
- A bathroom (shower) with guest WC.

On the 1st floor:
- A master bedroom overlooking the garden with its adjoining bathroom (bathtub), television.
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A bedroom with two single beds.
- A bathroom (shower) + WC.

Each bedroom has an independent closet.
The kitchen is well equipped: oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender.
Facing south, the garden is nicely planted with trees, fenced by a fence and overlooking the Giscle: a well-lit terrace to spend beautiful summer evenings (comfortable sofa + extendable table), outdoor fan, electric awning, large offset parasol, watering automatic, automatic lawn mower.

The house has fiber + WIFI + a wifi amplifier for the outside.
Air conditioning is independent in all bedrooms and in the living room.

On the street side, a patio closed by a gate to park your vehicle + a shelter to park bicycles or strollers.

The beach is a few minutes walk away. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, laundry)

An 11m x 3.80m spur mooring.

Additional information:

- The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
- No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
- No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
- Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
- The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
- The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
- No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
- Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
- A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
- Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
