A south-facing, air-conditioned house, a private swimming pool and a mooring at your disposal.
Large house with private swimming pool in Port Grimaud South.
At the entrance, there is a closed patio to park your vehicle.
On the ground floor, a beautiful living room, a separate kitchen open to the living room and a guest toilet with laundry area.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a third bedroom with a large single bed and a separate shower room.
On the 2nd floor, a large master bedroom with its open bathroom and a solarium.

Below, a mooring of 11m x 3.80m for a motorboat. (no sailboat)

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
