A beautiful house in the heart of Port Grimaud, a stone's throw from the beach
Superb renovated fisherman's house located between the beach (less than a minute's walk) and the center of Port Grimaud 1.
This house has been completely renovated in a contemporary and refined style.
On the ground floor, a bright living room with an open kitchen and a central island.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed (2 160 cm beds) and a shower room.
On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with double beds (2 160 cm beds), one with balcony and a shower room.

Mooring: 15m x 4.20m
This house has 2 large terraces, which will allow you to enjoy the sun throughout the day if you wish.
In front of the house, a mooring can accommodate a boat up to 14m long.
