Pretty fisherman house in quiet area close to the center of Port Grimaud 1.

On the ground floor, a bright living-room with an open kitchen.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom.
On the 2nd, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and a shower-room.

A/C in 3 bedrooms

On the street side, a nice terrace with shadow.
On the canal side, a very sunny West-oriented terrace with a superb view on the marina and the Church.

A 14m x 4,20m mooring.

The perfect house to enjoy the life and facilities while being in a resting area.

Additional information:

- The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
- No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
- No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
- Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
- The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
- The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
- No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
- Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
- A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
- Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
